Step 2. Dr. Rice will reach out to you for a brief phone consultation, which will give you an early sense of whether services match your needs. Then, an initial evaluation will be scheduled.
Step 3. You will be asked to complete paperwork online through a secure client portal prior to your first appointment. Paperwork will include questionnaires about your history, symptoms, and other necessary information.
